AB 469 (SOTs)

Each school in the Clark County School District will create a School Organizational Team (SOT), which will assist the principal in making important decisions impacting the school.

This team will be made up of elected licensed staff, education support professionals, parents/guardians, and students (at the secondary level), as well as one or more optional, non‐elected community member(s). Cultural diversity reflective of the student population should be considered.
