Life After Graduation: Are You Ready?
Veterans Tribute Counseling Department will be hosting a College & Career Night on Thursday, October 10th from 5 pm to 7:30 pm. The purpose of this event is to provide information to students and parents in an effort to ease the transition from high school to the real world. We know that this can be an overwhelming time for you and your students. Our hope is that we can provide information and resources to help navigate a clear post-secondary path for our Sentinels. Please note that although this night is going to focus on information related to postsecondary options, all parents and students are welcome to attend as we believe it is never too early to start planning for the future.
This night is going to consist of several different round-robin presentations that will address the following topics:
- Scholarships
- Financial Aid
- Career Pathways
- College Admissions Process
We will also have representatives, including colleges, military branches, and scholarship organizations, to help guide you and your student through high school and beyond.
